As a coach, I believe in empowering players to become authentic, autonomous decision-makers on the field. My coaching philosophy focuses on creating a supportive environment where players feel confident and comfortable with the ball, which serves as the foundation for their growth. I place strong emphasis on the development of individual technical skills to help players reduce their decision-making time and express themselves creatively in game situations. My ultimate goal is to help players become confident, competent, and capable of adapting to the demands of the game with intelligence and personality.

I am from Venezuela and I hold a USSF B License, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and a Sports Psychology certification from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, which complement my holistic approach to player development both on and off the field.
